about

"Conceptually it's a song about fate, which I believe to be malleable, changeable, and adjustable. Obviously we can't avoid death, but I do think life is a mix of destiny and vision/planning. So the song is really about that paradox of fate & our influence on it.

This lyric captures the idea best: "Lover why are you crying? I am here. I am here.“ and later "I'm not here. You're not here.”" - Lonely Benson

“Fate” is the 3rd release in a collection of collaboration pieces created by bedroom producers, “Low Talker” along with bossa-tinged indie artist, “Lonely Benson.”

lyrics

Fate
It was fate
It brought us together
Weight
I feel the weight
Of living forever

Lover, why are you crying?
Lover, why are you sad?
Lover, why are you crying?
I am here
I am here

Fate
You call it fate
I call it vision
Weight
Come feel the weight
It’s your decision

Lover, why are you crying?
Lover, why are you sad?
Lover, why are you crying?
I’m not here
You’re not here

Fate
It brought us together
Fate
You call it fate
I call it vision
